César Ernesto is an contemporary artist and a journalist mainly working in collage and conceptual art. With studies in economic science, her work explores the relationships between value, identity, and the consumer society.

He also has interest en disciplines such as concrete and pop music, drawing, carving and engraving.

He is also part of the independent fanzine publisher 'Lumbre Fanzines', publishing photojournalism fanzines with the photographers Dulce Mercado and Gladys Serrano.

César Ernesto’s work has been exhibited in Galería de Arte Antonio López Sáenz (GAALS) and Museo de Arte de Sinaloa (Masin), in 2016 he won the Third Biennial of Plastic and Visual Arts "El Guayabo” with the collage series, ‘Loterías’.

 

He currently work as an editor at ESPEJO magazine, a local news web in Sinaloa, México.
